ABOUT MY CLASS
I teach at 2 International Academy campuses (Central and West), because of this, I do not have my own classroom, but that doesn't mean I don't have some great classes! Our school teaches the rigorous International Baccalaureate cirriculum. Students work hard and are set up well for any future endeavors they wish to tackle.
I am currently teaching or have taught:
Groups of junior students designed their own investigations involving osmosis and plant tissues. They love to ham it up!
Junior students are practicing drawing chemical structures. They must make sure Carbon has 4 bonds, Nitrogen has 3, Oxygen has 2 and Hydrogen has 1.

My students vary in pretty much every aspect you can think of. I have a diverse group coming from many nationalities, cultures, religion, social, economic backgrounds. Since I am split between 2 locations, I have students from White Lake, South Lyon, Milford, Grand Blanc, Lake Orion, Clarkston, Bloomfield Hills, West Bloomfield, Waterford, etc. No matter where they are from, they love to learn and we have a bunch of fun!
